• Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Belly Dance Gold Coast takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes; it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class you must at all times take care of your own personal safety. By belonging to the membership you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Belly Dance Gold Coast reserves the right to change or cancel a live lesson up to and including the date of the lesson. In the event of a lesson being altered or cancelled, we will conduct another live class within the same week and provide you with details on the rescheduled date and time.
• It is up to you to make the most of your membership by attending live sessions or watching the livestreams at a time that suits you. We do not offer refunds for inactivity or because you have changed your mind.
• If you do not renew your membership, you will be removed from the Facebook group as soon as your previous membership period runs out.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class you must at all times take care of your own personal safety. By attending classes on our timetable you agree to these Terms and Conditions

MISSED CLASS POLICY

There are no refunds or discounts for classes missed during the term. If a class is missed, we do offer a make-up class. Make-up classes are only permitted within the term that they are missed.

CANCELLATION OF DANCE CLASSES

Belly Dance Gold Coast reserves the right to change or cancel a lesson up to and including the date of the lesson. In the event of a lesson being altered or cancelled, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates, times or venues. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, a voucher valid for 12 months (please note only one change per person).

REFUNDS

If you pay for a dance class or term in advance, we will only refund the fee if:

• You can show us medical evidence that the program will cause you physical harm or cause a physical injury
• The classes are permanently cancelled by us
